Chateau Desmirail 狄士美庄园位于玛歌产区 Cantenac 康特那村。十七世纪中期，狄士美庄园原属于 Pierre de Mesures de Rauzan (鲁臣庄园) 的一部分。随着时间流逝，庄园分成了多个部分，到1855年分级为止，原鲁臣庄园已经被分为 Chateau Rauzan-Gassies (露仙歌庄园)，Chateau Rauzan-Ségla (鲁臣世家庄园)，Chateau Desmirail (狄士美庄园) 以及 Chateau Marquis de Terme (德达侯爵庄园) 四家庄园。在1855年，狄士美庄园获被评为三级庄。1905年，著名作曲家 Mendelssohn 成为了庄园的所有者。

后来，狄士美庄园由 Lucien Lurton 买下。Lurton 家族是著名的葡萄酒生产商。Lucien 用了20年时间来重建狄士美庄园，将原庄园内的葡萄园逐块翻新。他随后在 Cantenac 康特那村买下一栋建筑物并改装成为酒窖。首次采收是在1981年。在1992年，Lucien 的儿子 — 33岁的 Denis Lurton 从父亲继承了狄士美庄园，即也是现任庄主。Denis Lurton 继承了父亲及家族多年来的酿造工艺，一直以酿造高质葡萄酒为目标，酒庄正牌酒在近几年的 Vintages 上，在 James Suckling 口中都拿到 90分以上，酒质无庸置疑。

葡萄园采用可持续方式管理，严格控制化学物质的使用，以促进土壤的健康发展，同时更好地保留风土特色。葡萄经由60人为小组手工采收，之后被运送至发酵室进行去梗、筛选和破碎，按不同地块分开不同的发酵罐发酵，这样有利于葡萄酒表现不同地块以及不同葡萄品种的特色。针对不同树龄用不同的容器发酵，庄主 Denis LURTON, 技术总监 Pierre Lafeuillade 和传奇酿酒顾问 Jacques Boissenot 一齐为正牌选择合适的容器发酵陈酿，老藤常会使用橡木桶进行发酵。之后在不低于 30% 新橡木桶陈熟12个月，大约每3个月，酿酒师就会进行一次倒罐，以澄清酒液。熟化完成后，葡萄酒液会转移至大橡木桶中，使用蛋清进行澄清。

Jacques Boissenot，堪称波尔多最伟大，亦是最低调的酿酒师。除了波尔多五大一级庄中的拉菲、拉图、玛歌之外，还在宝嘉龙酒庄、雄狮城堡、碧尚男爵酒庄、碧尚女爵酒庄和巴顿酒庄等波尔多名庄做顾问，顾客名单达全球200多家酒庄。而他为这些酒庄做什么呢，并不是酿酒，而是控制采摘时间和最终的酒款调配，几乎所有名庄酒，都是经过他的手调配出来的，否则，拉菲将不再是拉菲，拉图也不再是拉图……

目前，狄士美庄园的主要酒款包括狄士美正牌（Chateau Desmirail）、狄士美副牌（Initial de Desmirail）、Iris Pourpre de Desmirail。其中酒庄的正牌酒——Chateau Desmirail精致、优雅且平衡，既可在年轻时饮用，也具有很大的陈年潜力。副牌酒则采用葡萄园内较为年轻的葡萄藤所产葡萄酿制，经过橡木桶陈年，十分易饮，适合在年轻时享用。

Desmirail, a third growth in the 1855 classification, is the fruit of an exceptional terroir in the Margaux appellation, which it represents perfectly with its wonderful elegance and finesse.Its vinification is carried out using modern techniques and equipment, combined with a respect for tradition, resulting in a wine that can be enjoyed in its youth, but which also has a tremendous capacity to improve with age.Château Desmirail is the product of strict selection and carefully adapted maturing.

Produced in part from younger vines, Initial de Desmirail is the Château's Second Wine. It also undergoes a maturing period in barrels. This is a wine that should ideally be drunk within ten years in order to enjoy all of its qualities. “A pleasant, round wine, enjoyable to drink young", it takes its name from D and L, the current owner’s initials, which appear on the majestic entrance gate and on the pediment of the Charterhouse.

Iris Pourpre de Desmirail is an Haut-Médoc made with the same care and in the same style as Desmirail's Second Wine. The choice of Iris Pourpre evokes both the name of a flower and a beautiful Friesian mare who is the property's mascot.
