Duhart Milon 都夏美隆位于法国波尔多的波雅克 Pauillac 产区，是1855波尔多列级庄分级中唯一一个位于波雅克的四级庄，目前与拉菲庄园同属罗斯柴尔德家族 Domaines Barons de Rothschild。原名是 Chateau Milon ，在18世纪初其出产的葡萄酒曾供应为拉菲的副牌酒出售，由于葡萄园和拉菲的葡萄园接壤，Baron Eric de Rothschild 在1962 年买下它时曾说“ It would have been nonsense not to acquire such a great neighbouring vineyard ”，酿出来的酒风格与拉菲甚为相似。
当时酒庄的名字还只是 Mandavy-Milon，这里的葡萄藤被用以租借酿酒，其酒质得到拉菲认可成为拉菲副牌出售带来了丰富的收入，之后在19世纪30年代，Mandavy-Milon 酒庄和Duhart 爵士在波雅克的葡萄园都被中间商 Casteja 家族接管，并被合并为都夏美隆Duhart-Milon。
在 Casteja 家族管理酒庄期间，都夏美隆获得了1855年评级的四级酒庄评价。20世纪早期，这个酒庄一直是波雅克最大的酒庄之一，拥有大约50公顷葡萄园。然而从1937年第二次世界大战打响开始，酒庄在几经先后五易其主，葡萄酒的品质也不断下降。当1962年罗斯柴尔德家族购入酒庄时，为其注入新活力，葡萄园中修建了排水系统，拔除老葡萄藤并重新栽种新的葡萄藤，与邻近的酒庄交换田块以获得最适宜的混酿品种组合，而且不断加入增大葡萄园的面积，Duhart Milon 是少数列级庄没有所谓的主楼房 (Chateau) ，其后罗斯柴尔家族兴建了新的酒窖和橡木桶室，随着 Rothschild 家族不断投入，Duhart Milon 的酒质不断攀升，已重拾甚至超越昔日的光辉。
酒庄葡萄园面积152公顷，树龄平均三十年以上，位于 Chateau Lafite 的西边，邻近 Chateau Mouton Rothschild 和 Clerc Milon，葡萄园的土壤是由细砂砾与风成砂覆盖在石火岩基上而混合成的土壤，由于大部分葡萄园树藤面向北方，温度较清凉，为葡萄酒创做较优雅清新的风格。都夏美隆是在 Pauillac 产区独一无二的单一大面积葡萄园，采用人工采收葡萄，每一小片地块上的葡萄在采摘后都立即进行品评以确定是否在发酵结束后进入顶级酒的站养，发酵过程在不锈钢发酵糟中进行，接下来的12个月，每个酒糟都进行几次试酒，以严格标准选出最顶级的酒。酒酿造后陈熟橡木桶约14个月，一半是新桶，造出来的酒强健坚实，优雅兼备，泥土气息十足，单宁精致，果味丰富，年产大约20000 到 25000箱，现在由同样管理 Lafite 的技术总监主理。
Château Duhart-Milon’s grand vin is often described as a model of the Pauillac appellation. The broker Guillaume Lawton noted as early as 1815 that “it is very robust, with a fine colour, and quite pronounced sappiness” (he describes the “sappiness” of the Médoc’s premiers crus as “something like the odour given off by finest sealing wax when it is burned”).
Château Duhart-Milon’s second wine is selected on the same basis as the “Grand Vin”. In general, the grapes are from the younger plots in the vineyard. Moulin de Duhart has several characteristics similar to the grand vin, but with less potential for ageing as its barrel ageing period is shorter. It should be consumed younger than its more robust counterpart. The origin of the name comes from the former presence of a windmill on the Carruades plateau, next to the Duhart-Milon vineyard.
